Mentoring Program
Do you really want to make a difference to the Syracuse community? Research has shown the adult, student mentoring relationship to be among the most powerful influences in a young person’s life. The Syracuse City School District in partnership with Syracuse University and 40 Below are recruiting mentors to work with Middle School and High School students. Mentoring relationships can take many forms and we will work to match the needs of each student with the goals and strengths of each mentor. Mentor training is provided which will focus on communication, trust and relationship building.
